How has COVID-19 impacted ReVased?
Like most businesses, COVID-19 caused us to change the ways we operate. Before the pandemic, we upcycled flowers from events, giving a “second life” to beautiful blooms for our customers and non-profits. With events now mostly cancelled, we started looking more into the floral supply chain. We began to understand how wasteful the traditional process can be, with up to 50% of cut stems discarded before they are even purchased! We have now found a new way to source eco-friendly flowers. We now work directly with Rainforest Alliance Certified farms to source our flowers for both our customers and non-profits. We ship most of our flowers farm-direct, an eco-friendly shipping method that reduces carbon emissions through bypassing an often long shipping process, reduces the total number of stems being cut, and supports farms!

Reducing waste is an important part of who we are and we’re glad that we can now reduce waste in new ways. We love that we can send you high-quality, long-lasting flowers, while also reducing carbon emissions and continuing to support farms. We do not know what the future will look like in the post-COVID era. But we do know that we will always upcycle event flowers and excess in some capacity, while ensuring that our flowers - upcycled or farm-fresh - are eco-friendly.

Where do you operate?
We deliver to Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Delaware, Connecticut, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and West Virginia!

Is it really true that you also donate flowers?
Yes! Studies have proven the health benefits that flowers can bring, so we’ve taken a fresh approach to paying it forward. With your purchase, we donate flowers to non-profits, such as nursing homes, women’s shelters, and hospitals. In addition to donating flowers we source from farms, for the time being, if we are able to upcycle flowers from any event, we will donate them all (as we have done for several micro-weddings and engagements this summer).

Tell me more about the flowers. What kind of flowers can I expect?
We will surprise you with a beautiful arrangement with each delivery. Classic arrangements are between 10-18 stems, Lux are between 19-32 stems, and Premier are between 33-50 stems. Because the flowers are being shipped straight from farms, some may be pre-bloom and take a few days to reach their fullness. Check out some of our recent arrangements on Instagram @revasedflowers.

If I make a one-time purchase, when will my flowers arrive?
Your flowers will arrive in 3-10 days after your purchase. If you have a specific delivery date request, please email us at hi@revased.com. Given the nature of our supply, we cannot make guarantees but we will do our best to accommodate! 

If I subscribe to the bi-weekly subscription, how often and when will you deliver flowers to me?
We will deliver a beautiful arrangement to you once every two weeks. You will receive your first order in 3-10 days after your purchase. Your subscription will renew every two weeks (on your "subscription renewal date" - every 14 days), and you will receive your flowers between 3-10 days after each subscription renewal date.

For instance, if you order on September 3rd, you can expect to receive your first delivery between September 6th and September 13th. Your subscription renewal date will happen on September 17th, and you will receive your delivery between September 20th-September 27th, etc. We’ll email you with a tracking number when your flowers are on the way!

You may always skip or reschedule your order as long as it is either before your subscription renewal date or no later than 24-hours after your renewal charge has gone through. We will not be able to accommodate changes or issue refunds after that. 

If I subscribe to the monthly subscription, how often and when will you deliver flowers to me?
We will deliver a beautiful arrangement to you once per month. You will receive your first order in 3-10 days after your purchase. Your subscription will renew every month (on your "subscription renewal date" - the same calendar date each month), and you will receive your flowers between 3-10 days after each subscription renewal date.

For instance, if you order on September 3rd, you can expect to receive your first delivery between September 6th and September 13th. Your subscription renewal date will happen on October 3rd, and you will receive your delivery between October 6th-October 13th.  We’ll email you with a tracking number when your flowers are on the way!

What happens if I’m going to be out of town for my delivery?
You may always skip or reschedule your order as long as it is before your renewal date or no later than 24-hours after your renewal charge has gone through. We will not be able to accommodate changes or issue refunds after that.

If you would like to make changes, you can either do so by logging into your online account, or by emailing us at hi@revased.com. We are always happy to help!

How big are the arrangements?
We have three size options:
-Classic ReVased Arrangement: between 10-18 stems…or more!
-Lux ReVased Arrangement: between 19-32 stems…or more!
-Premier ReVased Arrangement: between 33-50 stems…or more!

The arrangement will be different each delivery.  We always try to surprise and delight :)

Do the flowers come with vases?
You can choose to add-on a vase with your order! You can opt into this during checkout.

Can I buy the subscription for someone else?
Of course! We know flowers are commonly used as gifts, and we can think of no better present than sending someone ReVased flowers!

Does my bi-weekly subscription automatically renew?
Yes, our bi-weekly recurring subscription automatically renews every two weeks. You may cancel your membership at any time. Please cancel in advance of the billing date in order to avoid charges for that delivery.

Does my monthly subscription automatically renew?
Yes, our monthly recurring subscription automatically renews each month. Our 3-month and 6-month subscriptions renew for three months and six months, respectively. You may cancel your membership at any time. Please cancel in advance of the month’s billing date in order to avoid charges for that month.

I have a cat. Are you able to provide cat friendly arrangements?
Yes! Many flowers are non-toxic to cats, such as roses, sunflowers, and gerbera daisies. We cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions, but if would like a cat friendly arrangement, just add a note during checkout or let us know via email at hi@revased.com, and we'll stick to sending you flowers that are not toxic to them! Our customers love our surprise bouquets each month, but you can also always let us know if you have any preferences or flowers that we should look to avoid and we will do our best to accommodate!

From what types of events do you upcycle flowers?
We will gladly accept flowers from any type of event, such as weddings, corporate events, mitzvahs, birthday parties, baby showers, and more! For the time being, if we are able to upcycle flowers from any event, we will donate all of them (as we have done for several micro-weddings and engagements this summer). 

Where do you donate the flowers?
We donate to § 501(c)(3) charities, such as nursing homes, women's shelters, senior centers, hospitals, and hospices. We have now started donating flowers to frontline workers, as well.
