How has COVID-19 impacted ReVased?
We had to take a short pause, but are happy to report that we are back up and running. In addition to contactless deliveries, we will be taking extra safety precautions during our arranging. Our floral designers will wear masks and gloves, and your flowers will not be touched once they've been placed in their delivery boxes.

We are still dedicated to giving back to the community during this tough time. We are donating flowers to our non-profit partners who are accepting donations at this time. We will also donate a portion of flowers to frontline workers, who deserve flowers and so much more!

The health and safety of our community - including our customers, partners, and staff - are our top priority. If for any reason we feel we must take another pause in any market, we will do so without hesitation. And if for any reason you would like to keep your subscription on pause, please let us know by emailing us at hi@revased.com and we will certainly accommodate!

Where do you operate?
We operate in New York City, Maryland, and the Washington, D.C. metro area. We plan to expand to the rest of the East Coast soon! Want us to expand to your area next? Let us know at hi@revased.com!

Is it really true that you also donate flowers?
Yes! Studies have proven the health benefits that flowers can bring, so we’ve taken a fresh approach to paying it forward. For every arrangement purchased, we deliver flowers to local charities, simply hoping to improve a moment in the lives of others.

Tell me more about the flowers that you’re repurposing. What kind of flowers can I expect?
We started off sourcing solely from events. After realizing there is lots more floral waste happening in this industry, we started working with wholesalers, farmers, florists, and others to help reduce their oversupply. COVID-19 has impacted the entire event and floral industries, starting with the farms themselves. We are now mainly tackling excess from farms, as well as shipping farm direct, an eco-friendly shipping method that also supports farms. When events start up again, we’re excited to begin ReVasing those flowers again, as well!

If I make a one-time purchase, when will my flowers arrive?
Your flowers will arrive within 1-2 weeks of your purchase date. If you have a specific delivery date request, please email us at hi@revased.com. Given the nature of our supply, we cannot make guarantees but we will do our best to accommodate! 

If I subscribe to the bi-weekly subscription, how often and when will you deliver me flowers?
We will deliver you a beautiful arrangement once every two weeks based on your order date. For instance, if you order on March 14, you can expect to receive your first delivery between March 14-March 27, the next delivery between March 28-April 10, etc. We will email you 1-2 days in advance of your delivery.

If I subscribe to the monthly subscription, how often and when will you deliver me flowers?
We will deliver you a beautiful arrangement once per month based on your order date. For instance, if you order on March 14, you can expect to receive your monthly delivery between March 14-April 13, the next month between April 14-May 13, etc. We will email you 1-2 days in advance of your delivery.

What happens if I’m going to be out of town for my delivery?
No problem! We will email you 1-2 days in advance of the day in which your flowers will be delivered. If you’d like to postpone, please let us know as soon as possible and no later than 11:59pm EST the night before your delivery. You may postpone at no charge 1x/delivery. After that, additional fees will apply.

What happens if I forget to tell you that I’m not home or unable to accept the delivery during my delivery window, and you are unable to make the delivery?
We will do our best to get in touch with you and figure out a course of action. If we can leave the delivery with your doorman, inside your building, or in another safe place, we will! If not, we will reschedule the delivery to another time that month. An additional charge of $10 will apply.

How big are the arrangements?
We have three size options:
-Classic ReVased Arrangement: between 10-18 stems…or more!
-Lux ReVased Arrangement: between 19-32 stems…or more!
-Premier ReVased Arrangement: between 33-50 stems…or more!

Remember, you get what we get. We always try to surprise and delight :)

Do the flowers come with vases?
You can choose to add-on a vase with your order! You can opt into this during checkout.

Can I buy the subscription for someone else?
Of course! We know flowers are commonly used as gifts, and we can think of no better present than sending someone ReVased flowers!

Does my bi-weekly subscription automatically renew?
Yes, our bi-weekly recurring subscription automatically renews every two weeks. You may cancel your membership at any time. Please cancel in advance of the billing date in order to avoid charges for that delivery.

Does my monthly subscription automatically renew?
Yes, our monthly recurring subscription automatically renews each month. Our 3-month and 6-month subscriptions renew for three months and six months, respectively. You may cancel your membership at any time. Please cancel in advance of the month’s billing date in order to avoid charges for that month.

From what types of events do you upcycle flowers?
We will gladly accept flowers from any type of event, such as weddings, corporate events, mitzvahs, birthday parties, baby showers, and more! Additionally, if you know of flowers from somewhere else (i.e. your office, a wholesaler, farm, florist...) that you think could be upcycled, please let us know at hi@revased.com!

Where do you donate the flowers?
We donate to § 501(c)(3) charities, such as nursing homes, women's shelters, senior centers, hospitals, and hospices. We have now started donating flowers to frontline workers. We are always looking to develop new charitable partners - if you have suggestions, please email us at hi@revased.com.
