COVID-19 Update: Temporary Service Pause

To our dear community:

We hope that you are doing as well as possible, and staying safe and healthy. Thank you for the messages of support and encouragement we have received from so many of you over the past few days. Our community is so amazing — and that makes this announcement especially difficult.

Unfortunately, given NY Governor Cuomo's and MD Governor Hogan's announcements of the New York and Maryland statewide shutdowns of all non-essential businesses, we must pause our New York City, Baltimore, and D.C. services at this time. The health and safety of our community - including our customers, partners, and staff - is our top priority. We are committed to doing everything we can to mitigate this outbreak and that includes a full commitment to social distancing.

We have emailed our customers details about refunds, which we will be issuing in full for months we are not able to make deliveries. We are still committed to giving back to the community during this tough time and have also given our customers the option to donate their monthly payments to a local food bank to help those who are food insecure. We have been overwhelmed with how many of our awesome customers have opted into this and it is a great reminder of why we are building ReVased - for the community.

We hope to be able to restart our service within a few weeks, but as we must, are evaluating day by day and listening to health and government authorities. Please reach out to us with any questions. May we all get through this quickly!
