How often do deliveries arrive?
Flowers arrive on a regular weekly, every-other-week or monthly schedule, whichever you choose. We recommend a delivery address that's staffed on weekdays.
Do the flowers arrive ready to display?
Your first delivery includes a clear glass vase. Flowers come fresh from the farm, often still in bud so they last longer once they open. Refreshing takes about five minutes: trim the stems, add fresh water and place them in the vase.
What happens to the vase after the first delivery?
The clear glass vase is yours to keep. Reuse it for each new delivery. If you'd like an extra or replacement vase, just ask and we'll add one to your next delivery.
Can we skip a week, pause or cancel?
Yes. Skip or reschedule any delivery before your renewal date, pause over the holidays, change size anytime, or cancel anytime.
How do we pay?
Pay by card when you order online, or request a quote to be billed by invoice.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes: 5% off for 2–3 arrangements or locations per delivery, and 10% off for 4 or more.
Do you deliver to multiple locations?
Yes. Each location gets its own delivery schedule, and multi-location plans qualify for volume pricing.
From where do you source your flowers?
We work with certified farm partners in Ecuador and Colombia, and ship directly to your door! We offset the carbon from our shipments.
