Important Update on COVID-19
We hope you and your loved ones are staying safe and healthy. We know that flowers can be especially pleasant to have around in a time when many of us are self-quarantining or socially distancing, so we are doing our best to continue delivering to you. That being said, the health and safety of our community is the most important thing. We wanted to let you know about some changes that we are making - and continuously re-evaluating - in this uncertain time.

Can Flowers Cure Your Winter Blues?

Feeling down during this time of year, often known as Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), can cause us to withdraw from family and friends and feel unmotivated to accomplish the goals we had once set out at the beginning of the year. Research has shown that incorporating flowers and plants into our daily life can have tremendous positive impacts on our physical and mental health.

Ring in the New Year with Flowers
As the year comes to an end, many of us are working on our New Year’s resolutions for the upcoming year. We’re signing up for gym memberships, vowing to keep in touch with family members more, and promising to take better care of ourselves. As we all know, while we may be motivated to stick to our resolutions now, the reality is that we often give up on them after only a few weeks. It’s important to set practical resolutions and commit to new behaviors which have a positive impact on your well-being. Here at ReVased, our (obvious) recommendation is to commit to regularly surrounding yourself with flowers.
